3 ounces stilton cheese, crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 bunch Watercress
2 green onions chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts
Mix the stilton cheese, cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl until blended.
Mix in watercress, onions and walnuts.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with crackers or thinly sliced baguette.
